- The bank does not want your property! They want their money!
- The time to act is now! Banks follow a series of steps before they foreclose and this process takes time. BUT it doesn’t take forever and they WILL take your home if given no other choice.
- The people contacting you from the bank are collectors. Even If they are rude or unpleasant, don’t assume the bank won’t work with you on finding a solution. When I talk with your lender, I will be talking with a different set of folks who will actively work to find a solution.
